Delete your account

You can delete your R8D Athlete account at any time, in the app or by email. Deleting is free and never needs a membership.
Delete it in the app
- Open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account.
- To keep a copy of an athlete record, choose Export first. The export is a zip file.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete my account.
You are signed out straight away and the account is deleted shortly after.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@pebbleplatforms.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request with you before anything is deleted, and reply when it is done.
What is removed
- Your login and your profiles.
- Every athlete record only you are a guardian of, with its ratings, goals, academics, awards, film links and photos.
What stays
- An athlete with another guardian stays with that guardian.
- Evaluations you wrote as a coach stay on those athletes’ records without your name.
Deleted information leaves our active systems promptly. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire. To cancel a membership, use its billing page before you delete your account, or email support@pebbleplatforms.com.
